1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Rolling Mugshot online ordering site and the pickup orders placed through it. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST. We may update menu items, modifiers, and prices at any time. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

3. Pickup

Orders are prepared for in-store pickup at the time displayed in your confirmation. We'll do our best to have your order ready on time, but during busy periods short delays may occur.

4. Allergens

Allergen information is provided as a guide. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, and sesame. We cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.

5. Refunds

If something is wrong with your order, please let us know in store or contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right — typically by replacing the item or refunding the payment.
